That is so cool ! Have they published anything outside of the server ? Where was it used and developed ?
It was used in Western Asia and the Islamic world. It doesn’t seem clear who the designer of Bâlaybalan is. It looks like it was a community project.

Correction: My teacher Żāmar informs me that “the collective endeavour was almost certainly headed up by Muhyî-i Gülşenî, as his name is included in the title of the language.”
