LCC 11
The Language Creation Conference is a semi-annual (soon to be annual) conference for conlangers, and the 11th one has just been announced ! It will be in Maryland, USA on April 11-13. You can attend online or in person. It's an amazing opportunity to meet and learn from other conlang enthusiasts.
Call for presentations
The conference has also released its call for proposals. Generally, they look for talks about conlanging, rather than about any particular conlang. However, this year they're adding tracks for certain major conlangs like Esperanto, Klingon, Na'vi and Toki Pona. There's also going to be tracks on specific kinds of conlangs like signed languages and loglangs/engelangs (psst, which I'm organizing).
Proposals are due Jan 28. Don't worry if you don't have a professional talk. The presentations are usually more rigorous than a hobby convention, but less rigorous an academic conference. There are also going to be panels and artistic performances. There are also spaces for presentations in some of the track languages. Presentations can be done in person or online.
