Howis, yosmey welna ne est, dederct ecwons, so berat mejam reym, so berat mon oce. Howis yeyekam ecwomos: “mom cerd age yoshe wida mon celtye ecwons.” Ecwoys dedercnt: “cludi, howe, nosta cerda ager yoshe widame tom: mon, potis, kwerti howis welnahe tepam westim na swe. I he, welna ne est howyey. Awontewat tom, howis cersat do ajri.”

Looks very Indo-European coded for sure! What's the method for deriving words? Is it from PIE, or is it from agreement across IE languages, or something else?

It's directly from PIE. That was the one restriction I wanted, since I was mostly making this to learn more about PIE's morphology. Which I did!
