This is a topic for my ongoing web serial that features three conlangs and a robust storyline. This is mostly fiction, but I ask that people engage with it as if it was real to make it a participatory experience. Field linguistics coming soon!

what precautions are you taking to ensure that you donāt accidentally spread novel pathogens in the alternate world?
I wash my hands regularly, and I did so before I left! should I be taking more precautions? I donāt want anyone to get sick!
iām not an expert, but as you probably know, when different populations of humans come into contact with each other they can give each other illnesses that they themselves have adapted to. i think it makes sense to wear a mask, and practice some distancing and no touching, just in case. you donāt know a lot of things about these people, so best to be careful
youāre right! Iāll wear a mask next time
interesting they seem to attach the same 'faq affix to their utensils as they do with the sarong
also have a hunch that epi is some sort of 3rd person pronoun, like āĖtusala Ėepiā could be something like āthey climbā and āŹoĖaki ĖŹepiā could be something like āthey [something relating to rock]ā (maybe āthey are a rockā?). it would also make sense for the question about you to include epi. but at this stage this is just pretty much wild speculation
excited to see more!!
